Easy Joy is an Educational Healing Ministry located in Somerset Here, in this immensely beautiful corner of the planet on which we live (and in various other locations around the world) we have shown people from all walks of life and of every age bracket from small children to teenagers, adults and on to the elderly and dying, how to heal, grow and learn how to effortlessly shifts their personal states of consciousness thus transforming any suffering and allowing them to again feel the blessings of life in each and every moment of their life. This is achieved through a basic initiation regarding exactly what our minds are, its energetic matrix and how it works, so initiating a reaquaintance with our innate natural abilities and how to effortlessly enhance our daily experiences of life through these simple and easy to do practices. Every Easy Joy seminar and Initiation is tailored to the individual and the group dynamics. Easy Joy Initiations Easy Joy initiations involve discovering inner joy right where you are, and is easier than you might imagine. Its practise contains unsuspected and hidden delights and potentials far beyond what can be easily described. You are very welcome to join us in experiencing and spreading joy everywhere. Easy Joy is a blessing ~ a gift of love of life which is the very essence of healing. These gifts and abilities exists in all life forms and Sacred Sites such as pictured above are often used during Easy Joy Seminars and Initiations for their inherent energy. The Art of Easy Joy is tailored to bring everyone, out of their unconsciously created conditions and dramas and returns them to a child-like, yet fully aware being-ness. This state is attained in part through each unique inner realization and experience over each a day of an event. Generally this starts with an Experiential Introductory evening followed by the best few days you'll ever give as a gift to yourself - we guarantee it! We have repeatedly heard The Art of Easy Joy called "the very best course I have ever done at any price" often, and these heart-felt sentiments and statements are expressed by people who have often journeyed far, exploring and searching, and more often than not have held a wide variety of certificates from many training backgrounds and similar disciplines. Yet even small children understand it and can do the drills and exercises easily. Each person finds a more complete understanding of life and consciousness which leads to a more complete and integrated understanding of their own field and disciplines. Our Basic Service - The Art of Easy Joy The Art of Easy Joy ignites the personal revelation processes and tells the story of the research, discovery and development of Easy Joy which includes A basic initiation into the Easy Joy Meditation technique takes approximately 30-40 minutes, although it often only takes a few moments to reconnect at some very profound levels of consciousness and we have had people suddenly 'understand' and their whole life has been transformed by their insights and renewed clarity. Healing sessions usually work best done in blocks of 30-40 minutes (up to an hour or so) depending on the individuals and group dynamics, however many hours easily and quite happily vanish into the truly enjoyable practice which is Easy Joy! Inevitable questions lead to discussions, often revealing answers of very real value and far-reaching implications which appear as the meditation techniques are employed and methods are shared with you, and so our weekend experience together, getting to know and feel one another again is the very best way to discover your own inner trruths and the multiptude of strengths and intelligences that lie within oneself. While even an introductory evening of Healing Meditations provides an excellent experiential guage from which to determine for oneself the results and effectiveness of Easy Joy, and works very effectively in a small group settings, even those watching and wishing well, can influence the process and so deep healing is best practiced in private (by self, once the simplicity is understood via learning and discipline) Experiencing the Sacred Healing Touch is another matter and the prime difficulty is getting people to want to end the process by getting up and let someone else have a go and 'feel it too!' It is that delightful! Remember, the mere presence of someone (anyone) in a native state of awareness eases tensions, discomfort, pain and misery and consistently produces results that on the surface appear nothing short of miraculous, and to all intents and purposes they are. Better yet, the experience of returning to your own native state of being, shifts and elevates your consciousness, resulting in incredibly pleasurable sensations and feelings to start flowing throughout your mind and body. Once you have mastered dwelling in this state, a sense of quiet relaxation naturally pervades your entire being all the time. Your personal space becomes still, peaceful and totally contented. Non-denominational It should be noted that we are completely non-denominational and non-religious and these tools do not require the adoption of beliefs. We do however use specialized terminology which is explained in the seminar which essentially substaniates the truth of spirit. However this is done only to clarify certain confusions in the associated fields of understanding and is unecessary for the application of the Easy Joy meditation and healing procedures. We recognize those who are ready to take more responsibility for their own conditions are special and rare beings. You are the one's who will make the difference to your own and for all of our futures. Training and Practice We recognize that even a small amount of training and guidance can enhance and improve life far beyond what is commonly believed possible and can do so very quickly, and this applies to everyone regardless of their personal starting point, situation or circumstances, or in fact any other condition, with the sole exception of simple intellectual involvement, non-involvement or no actual use of the knowledge/tools to be applied to one's specific condition. We all progress in our understanding through the use of basic tools. Many individuals, including professionals from all disciplines we have ever come across, begin to understand what a useful, even predictive life-tool of enormous potential Easy Joy is. But... only you can use it and make it work in your life. Believe us when we say that it is far, far easier than the effort of pain, suffering and failure - trust us, we have been there! Group Size Ideally there are a minimum of between one and three dozen people (12-36), as this is a great group size to work with intimately (don't worry you are not required to speak or tell secrets) and we have found that 36 people working as six groups of 6 individuals seems the perfect number and greatly assists expansion and integration of all viewpoints. However due to time, interests, finances and the geat variety of states and conditions we have encountered over the past several years, we have limited group size to a maximum of 50. In fact, in groups this size we have commonly experienced what can only be called psychic-linking and many other mind-powers or 'siddhis' during these events. It truly is incredible fun and far more than simply mind-blowing, for lives are positively changed and while everyone 'understands' at a deep level, no one cares to even attempt to explain it - hell, everyone is too busy laughing, smiling and often crying tears of such exquisite and joyous beauty that inner-felt healing miraculaously just is. Therefore we have decided to limit group size to a maximum of 50 participants. However, we are currently contemplating limiting this even further soon and may even go as far as limiting group size to just 12 students, if for no other reason than that sessions can be physically and mentally draining as well as to ensure everyone receives their own personally 'expected' healing (insight, understanding, help, hope, recogniton etc.) and are competent with the Easy Joy techniques. After all I am sixty years young and want more time for my family after a lifetime of 80 hour weeks and no holidays. Personal reasons of time, other interests and finances of course play their own parts. We are also travelling and continuing training and researching and working with many, many people of all descriptions with numerous physical complaints and conditions and need time as well to finish writing up and producing the materials and this site. We have successfully delivered services to thousands of people, both in private and to much larger groups including secondary schools, colleges and universities worldwide and are willing to discuss putting together a larger team should demand arise (the need is pretty apparent) but for the time being no such plans exists. Still, it is simply a matter of expressed interest, matching time and resources. Community and Educational Services We also provide educational services for schools and community groups along a number of topic lines including living drug-free seminars, superstudy learning techniques and various Easy Joy meditations for numerous areas including weight loss, physical healing and muscular toning, personal self-discipline and will power, creativity, problem-solving, addiction withdrawal and recovery from drugs and alcohol and much more. Our full services cover the gamut from relieving misery all the way to personal enlightenment, which of course can only be experienced for oneself, as well as other training services and coached practice sessions. We provide a variety of private services as well as sessions for those with life threatening illnesses and make special free of charge exception for children and the dying. International Seminars and Services We are always delighted when people want us to come and deliver seminars and services abroad and we try to allow for up to six per year. It is actually very easy to arrange and we will gladly provide any interested persons or parties with everything they need to know and all that is required on and from our end by simply contacting us.
