Over the years I have been repeatedly seduced by claims for a wide variety of 'health' products and duly sent off thousand of pounds for recovery and repair, immune boosting, cleansing and detox, calming and relieving, energy and performance super-foods, vitamins, minerals, herbs and other compounds.

To date few have been really beneficial or lived up to claims or even had any perceivable effect. We have been able to find a very few that have proven to be of some use for some chronic and the occasional acute conditions. Only a handful have made it to our 'Recommended' list.
